The Tow/Storage Facility Junk Car Database application should be used by Louisiana Tow/Storage Companies to request permission to sell a junk vehicle to a licensed automotive dismantler/secondary metal processor. Tow/Storage companies MUST make application in the online Junk Car Database and receive authorization prior to disposing of any junk vehicle.
