Our mission in the Office of Motor Vehicles is to serve
people through the administration of motor vehicle registration and driver
licensing laws in a professional, compassionate and responsive manner, while
maintaining a high standard of quality through our innovative approach to
customer service today and in the future.
Note: The ExpressLane delivers dynamic web pages via
database access. We recommend Internet Explorer 5 or higher for optimal
usage of database applications. Internet Explorer is available as a free

Internet Explorer Home Page.
Note: Driver's License Renewal, Identification Card Renewal, and Vehicle
Registration Renewal will be unavailable from 11:30 pm until 12:15 am due to
batch processing.
System Maintenance - Our Online Services will be down on Sunday from
7:00 am until 2:00 pm for routine maintenance.
